Shipping Info

Please note: Shipping delays due to COVID-19 are to be expected and currently out of our control.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. After an order has been placed you will receive an order conformation email, followed by a dispatch email once your order has left our warehouse.

Pre-order items

If your order contains a pre-order item, all your items will be shipped together unless selecting 'pre-order seperate shipping' at checkout.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping ratesShipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
